Shipping
Every Merry Ride order ships with tracking. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout before you pay.
Because Christmas is our busiest time of year, we recommend ordering early so your Merry Ride arrives in time for the holidays.
Returns
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To start a return, email us at aurevius.support@gmail.com with your order number. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we'll refund your payment within 14 days.
Damaged or faulty item?
If your Merry Ride arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
